Fossils 3(2008)- Latest

At the end of 2008, the band begins the recording of their 5th album- FOSSILS 3. It tells the story of a mysterious character known as Shada Jama that is White Shirt. The external contributers to this album were Indrajit Dey (Indra) on the keyboards, Mayookh Bhowmick on the distortion tabla and a team from Kolkata Music Academy Chamber Orchestra lead by Abraham Mazumder. The album Fossils 3 won the Best Non-film album category of the Anandalok Awards 2009.

Fossils Force, the band's official fan club was launched the same year. They started their operations through a blood donation camp on 1 May 2009. They continued to engage in activities for social welfare, such as contributing to the relief of people affected by the Cyclone.

Fossils toured the UK and Banglore the same year.

2010 started with a change in the line up of the band, Bubun was replaced by Tanmoy on the drums.
